Habitat S wooded periodically flooded high pond; in wet sand in openings with Ptilimnium nodosum.

Description Occasional perennial matted sedge.
Habitat Alluvia soils, silts, loams, clays just E of sandstone outcrops; floodplain, cleared meadows, floodplain forest remnants intermittent ponds, adjoining cropland; with Sagittaria, Ammania, Lindernia dubia.
