Description Female flowers and pistils dark grape-purple; stigma sticky and glistening; male flowers paler purple; anthers yellowish to blue; twining liana; stems about 2-3 m long; inflorescence and flowers pendulous; foliage immature.
Habitat Research garden; garden soil, mostly calcareous dark clay; on back yard fences.
