[Lythrum?], Smilax bona-nox, Centella asiatica, Commelina diffusa, Rhynchospora mixta, Viola floridana [V. sororia], Toxidendron radicans and Ampelopsis arborea under shade of Quercus laurifolia, Acer rubrum, and Sabal palmetto.

Habitat Ecotone between pine flatwoods and strand swamp; associates include Sideroxylon reclinatum, Taxodium ascendens, Pinus elliottii var. densa [P. elliottii], Eryngium baldwinii, Hyptis alata, Melaleuca quinquenervia, Schizachyrium rhizomatum [S. scoparium], Rhynchospora microcarpa, and Coreopsis leavenworthii.
