Description Plants varied somewhat in how consistently they exhibited the curved branching characteristic of this species.
Habitat Small ridge with myrtle [Quercus myrtifolia?] and twin live oak [Quercus virginiana], some saw palmetto [Serenoa repens] and sand pine [Pinus clausa]. Portions of the site underwent a severe wildfire in 1982.
