Description Flowers white; common herb; few still in flower.
Habitat Base of roadside slopes; volcanic ash, mud, and outcrops with humus at base of steep valley slope; W and outside of eruption blast zone; wet, diverse upland forest with Thuja, Alnus, Acer macrophyllum, ferns, saxifrages; shaded N facing slope.
