Mikania micrantha Kunth
MILE-A-MINUTE
**
Mikania batatifolia was recognized by Holmes (1981, 1993), but the study by Nauman (1981) found no justification for this entity in Florida. Among species in the Greater Antilles, Mikania micrantha was characterized by its non-glandular, ovate to ovate-triangular leaf blades with entire, dentate, to widely cordate bases (Holmes 1993).
